Short update this week, big things happening but not a lot of them.

The biggest thing to celebrate is that we signed a lease!! We will officially be moving into our new apartment with Kai on October 2nd and we are all very excited by the place we found.

Beyond this, I ran my first formal staff meeting as a manager and am so excited by how things are now progressing at work.

Evan has been trained on nearly all of the stations for his job at the zoo and Kai has two job interviews in the next week.

Evan and I are also very excited to have found a volunteer organization that we believe will fit our schedules in the long run. We are hoping to hear back next week if our application has been accepted.
